Psychotherapy & Counseling Services, P.C. is an out-patient counseling clinic specializing in evidence based practices and specialized programs. PCS has provided out-patient services in Northville, MI since 1980. We offer flexible hours and a team of licensed therapists.

Meet Arnold Keller, LMSW, CSAT, Executive Director
I specialize in insight oriented psychotherapy as well as a brief form of solution focused counseling and coaching. I serve as Executive Director of PCS, with outpatient clinics in Northville and Brighton, where I provide individuals,couples, and families with an integrated therapy which combines cognitive behavioral and psychoanalytic approaches.
My specialties include the treatment of mood disorders, marital and family counseling and the full range of addictive disorders including compulsive gambling, sex addiction, alcohol and drug problems as well as clinical hypnosis for smoking and food addictions. PCS is state licensed for substance abuse treatment.
In addition, I provide a treatment program for Mind-Body disorders such as chronic pain, psychosomatic illness, conversion disorders and other stress related medical conditions.

Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy
Our outpatient clinic features a therapy team of clinical therapists who provide out-patient individual, family, and marital psychotherapy and counseling. We begin with an initial screening to determine your needs and a treatment plan to address these needs. We also determine your scheduling preferences for your appointments.
Milestones Addiction Programs (MAP)
MAP is comprised of a State Licensed drug and alcohol program as well as treatment for compulsive gambling, food and sex addiction. After screening and assessment, an individualized treatment plan includes individual therapy and possible psychiatric evaluation. Our Milestones Addiction Programs utilizes specialists who also treat co-occurring mental health issues as well as the interaction of multiple addiction disorders. We utilize evidence based methods of therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and in-depth psychoanalytic therapy.
